The Enigma Restaurant is a new opening in Reggio Emilia. It is located within the Mercure Astoria hotel complex and offers sophisticated and refined cuisine.
The owners chose Samot to renovate their kitchen with professional high quality equipment such as:
- induction griddle,
- Hobart glass washer,
- Hoshizaki ice maker,
- Cool Compact blast chiller,
- 3 Cool Head display cabinets.
All this equipment is high-end with advanced technologies capable of meeting the needs of a restaurant and a chef of this level, in fact they are designed to increase the productivity and well-being of the operators with low consumption.
Enigma has also decided to rely on our experience for the management of the toilets, adopting our service that includes dispensers and consumables.
