Enhancing the service.
The Mercure Astoria Hotel chose Samot for two key pieces of equipment for the bar area:
- glass washer Hobart,
- cube-sized ice maker Hoshizaki.
The Hotel Astoria is located in the heart of Reggio Emilia, a stone’s throw from the historic center and directly overlooking the city park. This hotel offers many services that make it the ideal 4-star hotel for both business and leisure travel, families and solo visitors.
The Hobart dishwasher from the Premax line that they decided to install has integrated drying and is capable of short washes (even in 60 seconds) ensuring excellent hygiene and cleanliness. The Hoshizaki ice maker, a leading brand in the industry, produces 20 kg. per day of crystalline ice cubes and guarantees slow melting thanks to the technology that produces them.
