To ensure impeccable service behind the scenes, Il Barolino partnered with Samot to upgrade its dishwashing and ice production systems. The restaurant installed two professional Krupps dishwashers of varying capacities and a Hoshizaki cube ice maker. Additionally, two reverse osmosis systems were implemented to purify incoming water, guaranteeing spotless dishes, glasses, and cups.
The integration of remote control capabilities allows staff to monitor and manage dishwasher operations in real-time, optimizing workflow and maintaining high hygiene standards. Samot continues to provide prompt and meticulous technical support, ensuring consistent performance and reliability.
