Founded thanks to the generosity of Mr. and Mrs. Mattioli and Garavini, the facility offers a well-maintained and functional environment, with a focus on both personal care and the hygiene of common areas.
For years, Casa Mattioli Garavini has been working with Samot, a company specializing in professional cleaning services for retirement homes, with the aim of ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
The retirement home has therefore equipped itself with a Fimap walk-behind floor scrubber, ideal for the efficient cleaning of medium to large areas, such as corridors, common rooms, and patient rooms. In the laundry area, Casa Mattioli Garavini has Primus washing machines and dryers, integrated with an automatic detergent dosing system installed by Samot. This technology optimizes consumption, reduces waste, and facilitates the work of staff, while ensuring thorough washing of laundry for the elderly.
