Samot has provided La Gnoccheria in Sassuolo with various equipment for both the bar area and the kitchen.

Here gnocco fritto is famous, but the restaurant is specialized not only in this but also in traditional Emilian dishes in general available for lunches, dinners and brunches.

We recommended to them a Hobart undercounter glasswasher for quick and flawless washing of glasses, goblets and cups; a Cool Compact refrigerated counter in which to store cold cuts and cheeses; and an additional Hoshizaki counter, positioned in the kitchen.

After the installation of this equipment, our collaboration continues with new proposals and solutions to support the growth of this young restaurant. Stay tuned to see more!
